LeAnn Scrimmager (Lee) is a New York City-based executive producer, development executive, and screenwriter. A graduate of Temple University, where she studied media business and entrepreneurship, she has built her career across unscripted and scripted television, working with organizations including Tony Bennett's management company, the International Documentary Association, and Smriti Mundhra's Meralta Films.

She currently serves as Manager of Development & Original Production at WEtv/ALLBLK, where she develops IP with creative partners and executive produces television and film. Her credits include Wiggin Out with Tokyo Stylez (nominated for Outstanding Reality Program at the 36th GLAAD Media Awards) and Deb's House (Telly Award winner, Television Game Show & Competition category). She recently executive produced the rom-com Funny Thing About Love, which premiered on ALLBLK, and is currently developing a true-crime docuseries with AMC Studios.

As a filmmaker and screenwriter, Lee's debut narrative short, BellaDonna, was nominated for Best Experimental Film at the 2025 North Film Festival. She was a quarterfinalist for the 2026 Black Girl Writes Mentorship Initiative, and her feature screenplay, Love Child, was accepted into the Plenty of Pie Talent Incubator, led by 3x Emmy Award winner, Sasheen Artis. She is currently in the Contained Shorts Writer’s Lab, where she is workshopping her horror proof of concept, Ipese, and will direct her dark comedy short, Object of My Desire, through her production banner, GALINA PICTURES.

Lee's creative work returns to a theme that connects all her stories: women on the verge of becoming themselves, and all that they destroy along the way.
